Approximately one linear foot of slides and documents donated to the archive by Richard M. Harris. The documents are orders for the 192nd AHC (Assault Helicopter Company) and 92nd AHC (Assault Helicopter Company) showing duty assignments, personnel transfers, medal awards, etc. The slides show Harris’ experiences with the 192nd and 92nd AHC. The photos show Dong Ba Thin, Cam Ranh Bay, Phan Rang Airbase, Phan Thiet, Camp Holloway Pleiku, helicopters both on the base and in action, and various military buildings and bases. The slides and documents date from November 1970 through November 1971.

One of the 92nd's Night Hawks flew into Cam Ranh Bay one night. The tide was out at the time, but the next day when a Chinook pulled it out, the tide was in (now it was totally underwater). It came out of the water in three parts. The crew was not injured.
