(USA) Randolph Miller was born in St. Louis MO in 1948. He lived in South America and Ohio as a youth, and was an ROTC brigade commander before graduating from Tulane University in 1968. He completed the Transportation Officer Basic and Advanced courses at Ft. Belvior VA, and was posted to Germany. He arrived in Vietnam in October 1970 and was headquartered at Long Binh, first as a Transportation Officer and then as Chief of the Movements Control Center for III and IV Corps. Randy left the Army in 1971. His academic degrees include an MBA from the American Graduate School of International Management (1973), a JD from DePaul University (1978), and an MS from Texas Tech University (2003). Randy worked for several years in the banking industry and for the Office of the Attorney General of the State of Texas.
