Wrap-up Session. General Harrison, Dr. Maxner, and Colonel Roger Donlon take questions from the audience. General Harrison discusses his plan for interdiction of the Ho Chi Minh Trail by invading Laos; also the current status of the various Montagnard tribes. Dr. Maxner discusses the advent by the NVA of their 559 Transportation Corps, as well as Diem's dealings with the Cao Dai and the Hoa Hao. Colonel Donlon also discusses the Montagnard situation. More discussion regarding Iraq and Vietnam; the importance of Watergate; current relations with Southeast Asia; the Walter Reed Hospital scandal; reinstating the draft; draft resistance.
