In this interview, Vice Admiral Earl 'Rex' Rectanus discusses his career in the U.S. Navy. Rectanus was a noted intelligence officer, and served under Admiral Elmo Zumwalt during the Vietnam War. Vice Admiral Rectanus passed away on 7 December 2009, before the completion of this interview.
