One linear foot of paper transcripts of oral histories conducted by the United States Air Force Academy document the prisoner-of-war (POW) experiences of 32 different Air Force officers during the Vietnam Conflict. The interviews were conducted from 04 June 1991 to 30 October 1992 and include interviews with Major General John L. Borling, Major General William J. Breckner and Brigadier General Jon A. Reynolds. The donation of this collection was made possible by Brigadier General Joseph Potter.

The bulk of the materials are from the post-war era, though there are some original documents from the 1960s.

Twenty five isssues of 'The Catalyst' donated to the Vietnam Archive by Charles Adams. 'The Catalyst' was an underground newspaper printed by Texas Tech Students to support the local liberal/radical scene. The newspaper covered issues such as the war in Vietnam, student protests, racism and civil rights, women's rights, homosexuality and the governance and faculty of Texas Tech University. The paper also featured political cartoons, movie and music reviews and local editorials and advertisements. Issues available are dated 1969 to 1971.

Less than half a linear foot of documents primarily concerning the overthrow of Norodom Sihanouk in Cambodia in 1970 and the establishment of the Khmer Republic by Lon Nol. Also included in the collection are Department of State Airgrams and Telegrams describing the relations between the North Vietnamese and the Khmer Rouge in the early 1970s. Finally, there is also a copy of Colonel Millard A. Peck's letter of resignation from being Chief of the Special Office for Prisoners of War and Missing in Action (POW-MIA) in 1991 and an article from 'Soldier of Fortune' concerning the matter.

Approximately 21 linear feet of military documents, journal articles, news clippings, interview transcripts, correspondence, photographs, maps, and audio records used by Dale Andrade to research his books 'Spies and Commandos: How America Lost the Secret War in North Vietnam', 'America's Last Vietnam Battle: Halting Hanoi's 1972 Easter Offensive' and 'Ashes to Ashes: The Phoenix Program and the Vietnam War'. These materials cover four main subjects: MACV-SOG operations, the 1972 Easter Offensive, the Phoenix program and NAVY special operations like the Seal Team, Underwater Demolition Teams (UTDs), and frogmen. Materials of note are MACV-SOG command histories 1964 - 1970, end of tour and monthly reports for various advisory teams, transcripts of interviews with battle participants from the 1972 Easter Offensive, After Action Reports for numerous battles, materials on the history of the Navy SEALS dating back to World War II, and training materials, reports and analysis of the Phoenix Program.
