VIETNAM VET - U.S. Post Office building was rebuilt for second time after being hit by rockets for the second time in two months. The Navy Seabees, who rebuilt the building both times, awarded the building a Purple Heart Ribbon with gold star denoting a second award, is presented by Builder 1st Class John W. Bevard along with other campaign ribbons: Marine Corps Good Conduct Ribbon, national Defense Ribbon, Vietnaemse Campaign Ribbon and teh Vietnamese Service Ribbon. . SSGT Curtis L. Parkins is postmaster at Camp Books.
