General Note
Ogden Williams was a Foreign Service Officer who served as Director of the Chieu Hoi Program from 1966 to 1969 and as Director of the Vietnam Training Center in Washington, D.C. Reel begins with a formation of H-34 Choctaw helicopters flying overhead. As this military parade progresses, we see a war elephant, troops mounted on ponies, and a K-9 unit. We also see Aussies, armored cars, armored personnel carriers, South Vietnamese Frog Men, an RVNAF F-5 fighter, M-48 Patton tanks, an M-108 Self-Propelled Gun, and an M-24 Chaffee light tank.
