General Note
Robert Reynolds served in the Army from 1969-1971. He served in the First Infantry Division at Fort Reilly as a platoon payment distribution officer. He was under orders to be sent to Vietnam in late 1970, however these orders were changed and he was reassigned a month before he was due to leave as his twin brother was sent instead. Richard Reynolds served in the Army from 1970-1972. A commissioned second lieutenant through ROTC, he served as the platoon leader of a MIPP (Multiple Item Processing Point) team in Vietnam in 1971. He spent most of traveling up and down I CORPS standing down US units.
