Constitution of High-Level Co-Operative Farms

Over the last fifteen years North Viet Nam agriculture has undergone, besides deep socio-economic transformations, important changes in the farming methods like in the use of labour implements: crop multiplication, expansion of animal husbandry and pisciculture, semi-mechanization, etc. which are measures in permanent evolution made possible by the results of agronomic research, the existence of technicians, the help by industry… and carried into effect in the provinces.

How have these “technical aspects” been put into operation? How have they been conceived?

This issue of “Vietnamese Studies” is meant to supply answers to these questions.
