Acting Chief Advisor for the Vietnam Project Lloyd Musolf corresponds with Secretary of State at the Presidency Nguyen Dinh Thuan from April to May, 1960. They discuss study materials, faculty positions, tax reports, American personnel in Vietnam, and Musolf's upcoming absence. Many of the letters are accompanied by Vietnamese translations.
