- This folder contains miscellaneous materials concerning Vietnamese politics in the late 1950s and early 1960s. It includes a copy of the 1960 constitution of the Democratic Republic of Vietnam (North Vietnam), newspaper clippings about South Vietnamese officials arrested for corruption, South Vietnamese press reports on several economic reforms, and some letters between Fishel and other members of the MSUG.
