General Note: A lengthy report on the Department of Education and their interaction with the MSU Advisory Group, supplementary to the 1956 MSUG report on the same subject.. Topics covered include the structure and organization of the Department of Education, construction of schools, ensuring the education of the Vietnamese population, and other state-sponsored schools. The report then goes on to detail ways that the MSU Advisory Group could improve the structure of those organizations to make them more efficient and effective.
