General Note: A report by Wesley Fishel, with the help of Walter Mode, Albert Rosenfeld, Nguyen Thi An, and Than Trong Hue, that provides recommendations for the Department of Agriculture in Vietnam regarding land registration and agrarian reform. These recommendations are based on interviews with Vietnamese officials as well as members of the Vietnamese population. The reports also includes several summarized proposals to reform portions of Vietnam's agricultural output and structure.
