- M. Adler and Fred Bruhns of the Tribal Administration Study submit field reports from March to July, 1955. They discuss changes in administration in the study, governmental communication from province to region, the Regional Conference on American and French Aid, deficiencies in aid programs, approval of contracts and lack of qualified personnel, and medical needs in the provinces of Pleiku and Kontum.
