General Note: Members of the Michigan State University Vietnam Advisory Group and the Vietnamese Department of the Interior record meetings of the committees on administrative reform from July, 1956 to January, 1957. In the meetings they discuss the scope of the committee, who should be represented at meetings, the extent of MSUG's involvement, provincial budget allowances, problems implementing the Interior Report, and the role of the military in provincial administration.
