General Note: Acting Chief Advisor to the Police Administration Division Howard Hoyt gets in heated correspondence with former MSUG employee Robert Gollings. Hoyt contacts Gollings' supervisor over an unpaid hospital visit in Vietnam, to which Gollings replies explaining both his contributions to the project and the expenses owed him by the group. Hoyt sends a partially apologetic response, and a brief explanation is given of the situation from the doctor's point of view.
