General Note
A single letter is taken from a series of correspondences from a case on Lyman Rundlett, who was hired in July, 1957 by the Michigan State University Vietnam Advisory Group for the acquisition, approval, and instillation of equipment for the Saigon police department. The letter is Rundlett's resignation to Chief Advisor Ralph Smuckler after months of investigation into Rundlett's possible tampering of bidding on equipment sales.
