General Note: Ralph Smuckler submits two final reports on the case of Lyman Rundlett, who was hired in July, 1957 by the Michigan State University Vietnam Advisory Group for the acquisition, approval, and instillation of equipment for the Saigon police department. Rundlett was accused of manipulating bidding on equipment purchases, and after months of research and interviews, Smuckler's memorandums decide that Rundlett's explanations are considered to be satisfactory.
