General Note: Monthly reports are sent in by Chief Advisor Wesley Fishel from February to August, 1959. The reports come from the Michigan State University Vietnam Advisory Group's police division, and they report on the administration of the program. Some of the discussion points are general organization of the Public Administration Division, such as academic instruction, consulting, in-service training, and research, as well as updates on the civil guard, the municipal police, the Vietnamese Bureau of Investigation, traffic, and communication. There are also some points on the Administrative Services Division.
