General Note: The Michigan State University Vietnam Advisory Group Police Administration Division submits monthly reports from January to August, 1961. The reports cover general aspects of administration, such as training at police institutions like the VBI, the Municipal Police School, or the School on Evidence, as well as security services offered, ongoing programs, upcoming workshops, and the National Identification Card program. The report from March includes images from the inauguration of an identification card program, with schools, crowded lines, temporary shelters, and images of the card-making process.
