- Public Safety Advisor E. H. Adkins of the Michigan State University Vietnam Advisory Group sends in monthly reports from January to May, 1962. The reports mainly deal with the progress and training for the National Identity Card Program, the Montagnard Name Study, the Central Records Bureau, field research in various provinces, records management, and Operation Sunrise.
