Deputy Chief Advisor for the Michigan State University Vietnam Advisory Group's Police Administration Division Howard Hoyt corresponds with Arthur Brandstatter, head of the division, from May to August, 1955. For the vast majority of the conversation they discuss the hiring of personnel for the division and Hoyt's experiences settling in to Vietnam.
