- Deputy Chief Advisor for the Michigan State University Vietnam Advisory Group's Police Administration Division Howard Hoyt corresponds with Arthur Brandstatter, head of the division, from September to December, 1955. They discuss upcoming visits from American and Vietnamese officials, personnel problems and successes, expansion projects for the program, student training, publication subscriptions, personnel recruitment, work schedules, equipment purchasing, problems with employee George Boudrias, and general updates from both men.
