General Note: Deputy Chief Advisor for the Michigan State University Vietnam Advisory Group's Police Administration Division Howard Hoyt corresponds with Professor Ralph Turner of the MSU School of Police Administration and Public Safety from October to November, 1958. They discuss possible phasing down of the division's training programs, personnel replacements, the selection of new training participants, acquisition of new equipment for the division, and staff contracts.
