- General Note
- Deputy Chief Advisor for the Michigan State University Vietnam Advisory Group's Police Administration Division Howard Hoyt sends two memorandums to Coordinator Stanley Gabis in November, 1959. The memos discuss Hoyt's recent trip to Washington, D.C., and updates on staff and equipment in Vietnam. There are also three newspaper articles included on justice probing in Vietnam and water needs.
