General Note: Jack Ryan of the Michigan State University Vietnam Advisory Group's Police Administration Division corresponds intermittently with the head of the division, Arthur Brandstatter, from February to August, 1959. They discuss Ryan's return to East Lansing, updates on family and MSU campus life, problems with personnel changes, and problems pushing through administrative reform efforts. They also discuss salaries and progress in the training programs.
