- Chief of the Police Administration Division of MSUG Ralph Turner corresponds with Director Arthur Brandstatter of the MSU School of Police Administration and Public Safety throughout December, 1960. The correspondence begins with an update on recent nearby Viet Cong activity and the police and administrative response to the attacks. They continue on to discuss the future of the division and their cooperation with USOM, as well as upcoming personnel visits, personnel staffing issues, future courses at the National Institute of Administration, and division reporting problems.
