- General Note
- A packet of correspondence between personnel in the Michigan State University Vietnam Advisory Group's Police Administration Division records some tension over the success of the Participant Training Program. The correspondence begins with a memorandum from Chief Ralph Turner discussing issues training participants were having related to English language training, field trips, inadequate training, and travel issues. Ruben Austin responds with concerns of his own on this reception, as well as Lawrence Baril and Arthur Brandstatter. A letter is included from participant Pham Van Ca detailing his experiences as a student and the students' itineraries from August to October.
