- Chief Ralph Turner of the Michigan State University Vietnam Advisory Group's Police Administration Division conducts two interviews, one with General Nguyen Van La and another with Director Tran Van Tu of the Saigon Police. The interviews are to get both of their experiences in the recent attempted coup.
