- General Note
- Chief of the Police Administration Division of MSUG Ralph Turner corresponds with Director Arthur Brandstatter of the MSU School of Police Administration and Public Safety throughout March, 1961. They discuss the progress of training participants, recent reports on the division, President John Hannah's visit, the status of military training on MSU's campus, and general updates from campus. They discuss in depth the future of the program, including possible extension, organization, personnel contract dates and replacements, and potential classes. There is one mention at the end of the correspondence of the death of Bud Handville.
