- General Note
- Chief of the Police Administration Division of MSUG Ralph Turner corresponds with Director Arthur Brandstatter of the MSU School of Police Administration and Public Safety from the end of March to early April, 1961. The correspondence begins with Turner's account of the recent death of Bud Handville and a memorandum announcing his memorial service for MSUG staff members. They continue on to discuss expansion of the training curriculum, Viet Cong disruptions of voting areas, division committee meetings, and preparations for elections, as well as personal updates.
