General Note: Chief of the Police Administration Division of MSUG Ralph Turner corresponds with Director Arthur Brandstatter of the MSU School of Police Administration and Public Safety from early to mid April, 1961. They begin by discussing return home preparations and personnel health issues because Turner suspects that increasing security threats in Vietnam are causing anxiety among the staff. They also discuss a new law advisor for the NIA, visiting officials, and the future contract of E. Adkins.
