- General Note
- Monthly activity reports are submitted for the MSUG Police Administration Division for the period from September to December, 1956, in particular the fingerprint and municipal police sections, though other sections of the division are also included. They discuss new equipment installations, personnel field trips and visits, training program updates, ongoing surveys and reviews, and general administration. One of the reports from Nguyen Van Ba has a Vietnamese translation.
