The Coordinator, Stanley Sheinbaum, and the Chief Advisor, Ralph Smuckler, for the Michigan State University Vietnam Advisory Group correspond from April to May, 1958. They discuss the transferal of the Civil Guard, hiring of interpreters, visiting personnel and officials, progress of the training division and students, reduction of MSUG personnel, equipment needs in the division, and the need for additional training personnel.
