The Coordinator, Stanley Sheinbaum, and the Chief Advisor, Ralph Smuckler, for the Michigan State University Vietnam Advisory Group correspond throughout June, 1958. They discuss the transferal of the Civil Guard between MSU and USOM in depth, as well as the reduction and hiring of necessary of MSUG personnel, and equipment needs in the division.
