General Note: The Coordinator, Stanley Sheinbaum, and the Chief Advisor, Ralph Smuckler, for the Michigan State University Vietnam Advisory Group correspond throughout June, 1958. They discuss arrangements for training participants in the U.S., the transferal of the Civil Guard between MSU and USOM, and motor vehicle registration consultation. An interesting letter is included from Sheinbaum to Smuckler, relating an ongoing issue with a participant who has been accused of falsifying his papers and drug addiction.�A;
