The Coordinator, Stanley Sheinbaum, and the Chief Advisor, Ralph Smuckler, for the Michigan State University Vietnam Advisory Group correspond throughout August, 1958. They discuss administration and progress in the training division and its students, the transferal of the Civil Guard from MSU to USOM, reduction and hiring of MSUG personnel, participant Thanh's medical results, and the proposed police program and its progress.
