The Coordinator, Stanley Sheinbaum, and the Chief Advisor, Ralph Smuckler, for the Michigan State University Vietnam Advisory Group correspond from September to October, 1958. They discuss MSU's future role in the police program, visiting personnel and officials, the transferal of the Civil Guard from MSU to USOM, and personnel recruitment.
