General Note: Participant Director Howard Waltman sends regular updates on the Participant Training Program to Coordinator Stanley Sheinbaum from June to October, 1958. The letters are on the subjects of training objectives, travel arrangements and general itineraries, English language training, course focus for participants, and funding extensions for the program. There are charts included that give impressions of interviews with the participants.
