- Deputy Advisor for the Michigan State University Vietnam Advisory Group's Police Administration Division Howard Hoyt and other MSUG personnel submit monthly reports to the Chief Advisor from January to March, 1956. The reports discuss progress in the Identification Bureau and the fingerprint division, the Clearing House, Civil Guard administration and training, general training courses and progress, breakdown of section responsibilities and finances, equipment needs, ongoing studies and reviews, traffic reforms, administration at the Vietnamese Bureau of Investigation, visiting officials and personnel, and general administration.
