- Deputy Advisor for the Michigan State University Vietnam Advisory Group's Police Administration Division Howard Hoyt and other MSUG personnel submit monthly reports to the Chief Advisor from April to July, 1956. The reports discuss recent conferences, equipment and construction needs, general training courses and progress of units, ongoing studies and reviews, Civil Guard administration and training, brief law enforcement situations, progress in the Identification Bureau and the fingerprint division, traffic reforms, visiting officials and personnel, administration at the Vietnamese Bureau of Investigation, and general administration.
