- Deputy Advisor for the Michigan State University Vietnam Advisory Group's Police Administration Division Howard Hoyt and other MSUG personnel submit monthly reports to the Chief Advisor for September and October, 1956. The reports discuss administration at the Vietnamese Bureau of Investigation, equipment and construction needs, Civil Guard administration and training, general training courses and progress of units, progress in the Identification Bureau and the fingerprint division, field trips and inspections, ongoing studies and reviews, and general administration.
