General Note: Deputy Advisor for the Michigan State University Vietnam Advisory Group's Police Administration Division Howard Hoyt and other MSUG personnel submit monthly reports to the Chief Advisor throughout November, 1956. The reports discuss administration at the Vietnamese Bureau of Investigation and the Municipal police, field trips and inspections, equipment and construction needs, Civil Guard administration and training, general training courses and progress of units, progress in the Identification Bureau and the fingerprint division, ongoing studies and reviews, the Malaria Program, and general administration.
