General Note: Deputy Advisor for the Michigan State University Vietnam Advisory Group's Police Administration Division Howard Hoyt submits a monthly report to the Chief Advisor for December, 1956. The report discusses administration at the Vietnamese Bureau of Investigation and the Municipal police, field trips and inspections, visiting personnel and officials, general training courses and progress of units, equipment needs, Civil Guard administration and training, progress in the Identification Bureau and the fingerprint division, ongoing studies and reviews, the Malaria Program, and general administration.
