- Deputy Advisor for the Michigan State University Vietnam Advisory Group's Police Administration Division Howard Hoyt submits a monthly report to the Chief Advisor for January, 1957. The report discusses ongoing studies and reviews, the Malaria Spraying Program, equipment and construction needs,�A;Civil Guard administration and training, administration at the Vietnamese Bureau of Investigation and the Municipal police, field trips and inspections, visiting personnel and officials, general training courses and progress of units, progress in the Identification Bureau and the fingerprint division, and general administration.
