- Reports are submitted from the MSUG Police Administration Division to the Chief Advisor for September and October, 1959. The reports discuss personnel recruitment and trips, field trips and inspections, progress in the fingerprint division and the National Identity Card Program, equipment and building construction needs, traffic reforms, students and progress in the Participant Training Program, Civil Guard administration and training, administration at the Vietnamese Bureau of Investigation and the Municipal police, visiting students and officials, ongoing studies, reports, and reviews, brief mentions of the National Assembly election, and general administration.
