- A monthly report is submitted from the MSUG Police Administration Division to the Chief Advisor for August, 1960. The report discusses visiting personnel, field trips and inventories, upcoming and recent participant graduations, administration and training at the Vietnamese Bureau of Investigation and the Municipal police, equipment and building construction needs, progress in the fingerprint division and at the Identification Bureau, students and progress in the Participant Training Program, and general administration.
