General Note: A monthly report is submitted from the MSUG Police Administration Division to the Chief Advisor for March, 1961. The report discusses field trips, administration and training at the Vietnamese Bureau of Investigation and the Municipal police, equipment needs, progress in the fingerprint division and at the Identification Bureau, students and progress in the Participant Training Program, and general administration. The report begins with a brief mention on the death of Melvin Handville.
