General Note
Chief Howard Hoyt of the MSUG Police Administration Division records a series of memorandums throughout February, 1958 on the matter of a school fight between American and Vietnamese youth. Hoyt interviews the American children involved, and he holds a conversation with Saigon Police Chief Tran Van Tu concerning what actions should be taken.
