- General Note
- Security Officer for MSU Carl Rumpf submits two monthly security reports to Chief Advisor Wesley Fishel for July and August, 1958. The reports begin with a list of security events and the days they happened, followed by individual brief reports of the events. The events concern matters of burglaries, an air strike at Phu Loi Landing Field, lists of days for Americans to be wary of attacks, interactions with the President, traffic altercations, burglaries, threats to Americans, and suspicious loiterers.
